To register in BIOTRANS 2023, you have to create an account (see below) and complete the registration form.
You can modify your information, add attendee(s), participate the exhibition. You can checkout your order(s) on the dashboard.
Note that full registration is achieved when payment has been received.

Key dates :

• Registration opening: September 30th, 2022

• Before May 31st, 2023: Early bird registration (note that you can pay after this date - but you have to be registered - !)

Students:

A special discounted registration rate is offered for full-time students. Delegates registering as students must show their student identification at the registration desk when they collect their badge.

Accompanying persons:

Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Reception on 25th of June and coffee breaks. They will be able to access to the exhibition area, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person must be communicated to the organization (contact@biotrans2023.com) prior to the conference.

Gala diner

Gala diner will be held on Wednesday 28 june in Island of Ré : click here for information.

Gala diner (50 € with bus transport) is not included in registration fees and should be selected when registrating.

NON ATTENDANCE

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Registration and cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to WildEvents by email contact@biotrans2023.com

• For any cancellation received before February 28th 2023: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (including French VAT)

• For any cancellation received between February 28th and April 1st 2023 refund of 50% of the fee (including French VAT). For any cancellation received after April 2nd 2023: no refund

2. Register in BIOTRANS 2023.

On your dashboard, you can register in BIOTRANS, add participant, reserve a booth, ... checkout and pay. Upon receipt of your pre-registration, a confirmation with a registration number will be sent by email. Thank you to specify this number in all our exchanges.
